Last minute notes...

Heliozoa-Helio=sun-looks like a sun with many pseudopods that stick out like sun rays

Dinoflagellates-Dino-dinos can be heterotrophs or autotrophs-looks like an ear (do dinosaurs even have ears?)

Amoeboza-recall amoeba proteus=squishy thing with lots of “feet”

Radiolaria-radio=hard=has holes for speakers=prickly looking=radiolaria, radios cannot move, radiolarians can’t move, and radios need an outside source, this one is heterotrophic and sometimes depends on dinoflagellates.

Stramenopiles-grow in a “pile” brown algae is so big, like in a “pile” diatoms have tons of shells in a “pile”

Euglenoid-looks like a paramecium with no cilla, is photosynthetic, (see photo below)  have pellicle, and are photosynthetic
